When I called Doug with specific questions about brands we were researching, he was patient and helpful. We almost bought our bed at Denver mattress because the price seemed unbeatable. My husband and I went to Mattress Firm to price a new mattress set. Doug was extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up buying our mattress set from him. We had some issues with the adjustable part of the bed. Doug did absolutely everything to fix the problem. He ended up ordering a brand adjustable box spring. You ROCK Doug!!!
