My Lord! We are driving through town looking for a place to stay. I thought it looked charming until I read the reviews. Seeing how the manager has responded is unacceptable. No one to blame but them for this lost revenue.
The Inn was easy to find. Check in was a breeze, and although the exterior and reception and hallways were a little dated, the rooms were very beautifully renovated. The beds were very comfortable, area was quiet, and shower pressure was fantastic. And the Wolfgang Puck coffee in the room was a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again

My two beautiful girls stayed here on holiday, or should I say Helliday, and had quite the experience. One of the girls tells me there are two mongrels kept on the premises, Babar and Smash, that were screaming like banshees and wreaking havoc. That can be over looked. What cannot be forgiven however, is that as her sister was walking to her room, she SLIPPED and FELL in a runny poo. It got in her mouth. It was a very distressing ordeal. If this experience is indicative of what Making America Great means, it appears you have an uphill battle. 3/5
The room was beautiful. The lady at the front desk seemed very tired as we arrived fairly late at night. However, she was more than happy to make us feel comfortable and chatted with us about our drive for a while. Very reasonably priced as well! Will definitely stay here again if we're passing through Great Falls again!!
EDIT: It's no surprise to receive yet another snarky response from this so called manager however the place did indeed have rooms left even as I write this. Nice try.
We was searching for a room for the night and considered this place. Its cleaned up its image greatly from years past. Renovation is evident. The area itself is much safer and cleaner which reflects the efforts of policy, the downtown merchants and the community as a whole. This used to be a cheap crime and drug hotel at bargain prices and accepted welfare vouchers. Obviously under new management. All that is in the past..including the lower prices.
