Excellent, super friendly folks working at this establishment. The water pressure isn't great and the temperature changes while you're showering if the person in the next room flushes the toilet. Also there were several long black hairs in my pillow and sheets. Kinda gross. But again the staff was incredible!
I stayed at Holiday Inn recently, my name is Madison and this is my IHG story. I went there on October of this year and it was horrific. They was rude, not classy, and lost a long time fan that day. I walked up to the desk and said 'hello'. He replies with 'fat' and I shook it off because I thought maybe I had heard him wrong. As I approached him and asked to do get my keys he stared at me blank faced. I continued talking 'I love your hotel' I say, 'your lobby is the reason I'm alive today.' He looks me dead in the eye and says 'you'll die soon enough, fatty' and then whispered 'obesity'. I started crying, I had never felt pain like this and he started laughing and said 'are you crying? Stop it. Stop it now,' and he leaned over the desk flicked my vagina. I got my keys and I headed out of the lobby section and that's when the whole staff started speaking whale to me. I still can't believe this happened. I cried writing this. I wish this weren't true but the Holiday Inn is, in fact, a horrible person. 3/5 stars. Thanks you.
It was great food service was fast. Staff was very friendly and helped answer all my questions I would definitely go again and recommend friends.
It's safe to say I will not frequent this establishment again. 3/5 lobster claws.
My experience with the Holiday Inn in Great Falls has been mostly at the bar, which is actually one of my favorite drinking spots in town. The service is helpful and the drinks are well priced. Their bar food is above average as well. If I had to give a negative criticism of the location, it would be their hours. They generally close early, whether or not there are customers in the bar. Expect a midnight last call on a Saturday, which is unfortunate. I have stayed at this location once and from what I remember, I found the room very clean and above average.
During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn of Great Falls, I was displeased to discover that the staff were making lobsters fight to the death in the back of the building in what looked to be a makeshift boxing ring. When I approached them to see if they would stop, they simply surrounded me and informed me that "the loser gets peed on".
