We only stayed one night. I liked it because it was clean, had amenities, like fitness center, pool, fireside area. Nice bedding, friendly staff. I gave it 4 stars because no free breakfast. For the price it could have been included. Quiet area, so not many choices for restaurants nearby
Its in a great location and is surrounded by so many things to do. Rooms are great. Hotel service is fantastic! Would highly recommend
However the beds are some of the most uncomfortable I have slept on. It is an odd sort of inflatable bed with two chambers that balance against each other. One side seems to always be hard.
The service was fine if inconsistent between individuals and the rooms clean enough.
This hotel is terrific from the minute you arrive! The staff are friendly and accommodating from the desk clerk, to the food service, to the housekeeping staff!! The rooms are neat and clean and if you ever need anything there is always someone to assist you. The pool is also an added plus! I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I visit Great Falls!
Breakfast is extra.
Hotel is overall excellent. My husband made surprise arrangements for a snowy day swim party with the kids. Our kids were super excited. We got to the pool and kids were playing and having fun. Then our oldest made a mistake and climbed on the hippo. The lifeguard came over and raised her voice to him and told him to get out and wait 5 minutes... that there were signs all around and that she had warned him 3 other times. This made him cry, he is 6... and was never warned. There was another little kid running around and climbing on everything who had been there before us. She was very rude and I had to ruin the kids' fun because she kept blowing the whistle at us and everyone else at the pool. Needless to say, even though the hotel is nice, we will probably not stay there again.
Otherwise the rooms were cheaply priced.
