We stayed the night, it was very good access to everything close by.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was big and very clean. The hotel pool was also nice. We didn't get the breakfast, we weren't sure if we missed it or if it wasn't offered. There was no information provided upon arrival about breakfast. The beds were pretty good too. I would stay here again.

I didn't have a reservation because I was traveling long distances and wasn't sure where I would end up for the night. They had a room ready for me and even made sure it was close to where I had to park my car with a trailer attached. The service was excellent, quick and check-out was a breeze. The room was very nice, the bed was good, the TV worked and the internet was very good. All told, a great night stay after a long day on the road with more long days to follow. I would recommend this hotel to anybody ever staying in the area.
We like the convenience of the Best Western Heritage Inn. Close to the airport, mall and the I-15. We also like the fact that once we are there we can have a nice meal and not have to leave the premises. Recommend this Best Western.
Our room was dated, and could have been better-maintained. Dirty tile grout in the shower. The bathroom itself was tiny, and the hair dryer was in a bag hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There were spots on the upholstered chair. HOWEVER: The fitness center was awesome, as was the indoor pool area. Instead of being in a room somewhere with moisture running down the windows, this one is in a courtyard lit by a huge skylight. Tables surrounded it and The decor reminded me of an Italian villa. Lovely! The espresso bar had a great selection and was reasonably priced. There was a sauna and hot tub, which we didn't use. If the rooms had been as nice as the common areas and the amenities, it would be 5 stars.
