After making our reservation for the wrong day, we called to cancel and learned we are not able to get refunded. Mistakes happen and not being refunded for something as simple as that is ridiculous. It was a one night reservation, not a week or more. I called thinking it would be a simple process but it was not. I asked if we could switch our reservation to a hotel closer to us if we couldn’t be refunded (seeing how this one was 3 hours away) and that “is not in the policy” either. I will not be booking with any holiday expresses anymore. $120 put of pocket for a hotel we aren’t even going to be at, no courtesy or helpfulness was offered. Just a blatant “it’s not in our policy.” From now on we will be staying where there is much better customer service.
The staff at the front desk was extremely rude. Then we took my son swimming and i would have been better off taking him down to the river the pool was absolutely freezing. We were told by the also extremely rude "life guard" that we were not allowed in the hot tub because it's too chlorinated. Then My son was playing in the kiddie pool and another employee asked me to take him out because they needed to drain water from the pool. The life guard was wearing knee high leather boots and I'm wondering if she had the ability to save a life if need be. All that aside we get to the room which is filthy. Dust covering every surface and I moved the chair over to sit down and found a left over muffin and someone's lost toy. Brown streaks all down the walls. I honestly wouldn't have cared if the staff wasn't so rude. This is the last time I will ever stay. Customer service is clearly a thing of the past and the employees at this hotel are on board with terrible service lack of cleaning and an overall sense of rude laziness. Sorry for any of their guests.
Always clean and quiet. Love the rooms with the extra pocket doors as they block out light and noise from the room door. Breakfast is always good. I stay here a lot and they will keep a file of things and rooms you like and don't like to accommodate your next stay. Close to resturants, shopping and walking distance to the AMC movie theater.
Hotel is always easy to book with great prices, the rooms are cozy and clean and upgrading is so simple with their wonderful staff. My family loves the water slide, it keeps everyone entertained for hours! We never stay anywhere else when we go to greatfalls
We arrived for a one night stay after a long 6 hour drive. The hotel staff greeted us and were very friendly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the pool and waterside, as we spent several hours in the pool that evening. The breakfast in the morning was great and we were really happy with the selection. We definitely would stay here again.
