We have been dealing with these folks for years and seldom have anything to complain about. On the few occasions when we have, it has been something minor and they addressed it immediately and to our satisfaction.
My wife took her car to superior after hitting a deer. After fixing body damage. They Installed wiring to the lights wrong and forgot to mount top of ac condenser to the frame causing it to leak later.
My experience was excellent! The staff was friendly and the repair process was quick. They offered me a rental car and I accepted, which made the time without my vehicle much easier. My vehicle looked better when I picked it up then it had even before the accident. They handled all of the paperwork with my insurance company, so there was no hassel for me. I received a warranty on parts and paint. They explained how to care for my new paint job, to ensure it lasts. They used top of the line paint from BASF (Glasurit), which can handle our Montana weather. I would (and do) recommend this shop to anyone! Remember no one can make everyone happy....there are always difficult people to deal with.......and I am sure you're thinking of a few right now as you're reading this!
Superior didn't great job repairing our Traverse after an accident. It took quite a while which is why I fave them 4/5, but the staff were fantastic and kept us informed of what was going on.
