This should have been written 2 months ago...but I wanted to make sure that I bragged about how great the employees of this store were, even when I hadn't bought anything from them on this particular outing. My Escape had died in the middle of 10th Ave S, right near this AutoZone. To make matters worse, it started pouring rain at the same time my car died in the middle of the street (as I was panicking). My Escape was able to creep down the road and made it partially into their parking lot, then stopped dead. Within a minute, Nick and Phil (both AutoZone employees) came outside and started to help push my vehicle into their parking lot and out of the way of oncoming traffic (without being asked or prompted). I had been trying to make it to O'Reilly's as I had a battery still under their warranty, but AutoZone went above and beyond to help me out and calm my panicked state. After I was able to get a ride to O'Reilly's and swap out the battery, I came back to where my car was still parked at Autozone, and Jamie (the assistant manager) insisted on changing the battery out for me. Good reviews aren't written often enough for great customer service, but I wanted to make sure that these guys were recognized & I hope that they are as valued by their employer as they are by their customers. Many, many, many thanks for their invaluable assistance that day.
Great service! Offered suggestions and help with my vehicle that was having alternater and battery issues, and more help to what kind of shocks to add to a pickup. If only their Google listing was correct for their opening hours, submitted an edit for review otherwise. Update: Edits are now approved.
All my tools and such are in storage and my oil change light came on. I asked Brandon if I could change my oil in the lot and he said as long as i dont make a mess go ahead. I do all my work myself on my truck...tie rods, wheel bearings, brakes, and all. I just don't trust the _____lube places to do my work. Not only did he allow me to change my oil but he got me a deal with the oil and filter and let me borrow a hose for the filter drain. Top mounted Toyota. I didnt need the filter but it saved me some money, and I have an extra filter if I need. To top it all off I did my oil change and recycled my oil there. All in all my stop including changing my oil took me 15 minutes. Great customer service and just good people.
