These guys were awesome. I walked out of a store Wednesday night had another flat in the parking lot (my second) and was down to three tires including the spare I already had on. My wife called them about applying for financing and we went up to the store. Kyle was extremely helpful through the process and helped pick out a tire that would fit our needs. Since the tires I had on where not the recommended size, he took the time and ran the numbers several different ways to get me the best deal on the promotions they had so I could decide between four tires or five (to replace the spare). They loaned me an air compressor tank to fill up my flat. It worked great and luckily my tire held the air. I was able to drive my vehicle to the shop to get new tires. We started this process around 6:00pm and I was concerned about keeping them late from their families and they were great and told me it was no problem they would get me taken care that night. James was our technician that installed the tires and he was friendly and started right away. He even found my center cap for my original flat in the back and put it on after putting on the new tire. They finished the job at 7:23pm (they closed at 7:00) and where still smiling and had great attitudes. Not once did I feel like I was a inconvenience or that they were taking short cuts to get off. Both these guys are great and a real asset to the company. They treated my wife and I with great and answered our questions. My family and I will diffidently be back.

I had the part in hand, I was not able to locate it myself on my truck to change it and was - as a paying customer - looking to have it changed. I was driving back to central Alberta and would have liked to have had my signal lights working. The guy at the counter told me that they could not do it because he did not have an "electrical guy in"... to pull out a flasher and plug a new one in. Any monkey can change a flasher! Takes a lot of skill to that eh? Not only that - he started suggesting other potential issues. Guess what? I have been in the industry myself for 15 years - I knew exactly what the issue was. Don't worry - I made it home safely and took it to my buddy's shop this morning and he swapped it in less than 10 minutes and my problem is solved. Thanks so much for the help and I am honestly appalled that you guys were so unwilling to help a gal out on a Sunday when she was in a bind. Don't get me wrong - the guy was polite - but how hard would it have been to help? The guys at O'Reilly's tried harder to help me than that guy did!
Took eight hours to mount and balance a set of tires. We had an appointment.

Must have an appointment or it would be a while before they call or do anything for your car. Good for services (oil change) so plan ahead.
