The real kicker is that in the end I had to pay them $1,977.87 to break my car...
After they returned it I looked for a solution and was told to contact the Better Business Burrow. I told the BBB about my issues and they tried to contact Miracle Mile however the shop never responded. As is the policy of the BBB if a business does not even put in effort there is nothing that can be done, because of that I am stuck with a car Miracle mile damaged greatly.
Always take all of my vehicles in to these guys to get the job done in a decent time and properly. Can always count on them. Great 24/7 towing service as well.
Very slow service, tried to get work scheduled, finally did it myself after waiting months
Allow me to explain my experience with this shop. I had been using their services since I got my car (2002 Mini Cooper S) they had seemingly done a good job until I brought my car in to have its clutch replaced. The shop took a insane about of time to even do the job probably 3 weeks, but I could live with that if they had done a good job and returned my car to me repaired. Instead they said that after replacing the clutch the car had no electrical power. They blamed this on the car saying this is just "how they are". They then spent the next FIVE MONTHS "working" on my car, however whenever I would drive by or walk in to check their progress it would be sitting in the same spot out front. Each time they would say that it was next in line to be worked on, they would also come up with some new reason that the car had no power "the ECU broke with the clutch, the door locks have caused a security system issue, etc.". Eventually I talked to them about how they had wronged me and that I felt they needed to make it right as the car was only made worse by their work, they denied any responsibility.
I felt that there was nothing I could really do and told them to just return my car to me. They said that they would the following day but in typical fashion it took two weeks and me pestering them for my car to finally be towed in, when it was being unloaded from the tow truck the front bumper was bent, they just ignored this and left. then when I got into the car to look at it the interior was filthy, covered in dirt, oil spots on the gear shifter and wheel, the sun roof cover no longer retracts, the driver door does not fully shut, and more.
I cannot say enough about how much this shop has wronged me. Please for your own good avoid Miracle Mile.
they are great to work with and don't screw woman around! if he finds more problem he calls before just fixing it! very straight forward people!
