We spent 11,400.00 on an engine rebuild and new transmission. The truck is still burning a quart and a half of oil in 1100 miles, it is knocking really bad, the rocker arms are making all kinds of noise again and last but not least they tried to tell me and a friend of mine that that is normal. They must really think all of their customer are stupid. They stopped working on my truck after my rim's and tire's were stolen off my truck while it was in there possession waiting to be fixed because the service writer at the time didn't write down any of my complaints!
I have never been treated so horribly by someone working in customer service. I dropped off a couple of heads to be milled on a Monday, the two people I talked to told me they would be done in 2-3 days. I came back in on friday expecting they might be done, but not counting on it based on prior experience. But that was ok, I just wanted to know how it was going, didn't really even care if they wouldn't be done till the next week. Upon walking in, the old man working the counter who's name I believe is bob was noticeable irritated to have to get up and come talk to me. He very rudely asked what I wanted and when I told him he said that they hadn't touched them and that to mill heads is a two week wait minimum. I told him very politely that I had been told otherwise and that is when he lost his lid. He said "look at that f*#!ing rack of work orders, we don't have time to get to your sh#* this week!" This is only a sample of the profanities he spat out at me before I demanded to talk to someone else. I had been bringing them work for years but i will never do business with these people again, and I recommend that no one else does.
