I am very pleased with the 2016 Subaru Outback and would give a 5 if I hadn’t had to pay $214 for a second key. I expect a car I purchase from a reputable dealer to have at least two sets of keys. The $214 could have been split.
If you buy a used car ask if there are two sets of keys before signing on the dotted line. We learned that there was only one set after signing and we’re told a second set would cost a “about” $150—not.!
