My daughter bought a car its been over a year and still no title instead of handling the problem himself and working with the customer all we've heard are excuses and blame on the title clerk
If I could put a lower rating I would; I had a family friend buy a vehicle off their lot and the car is just falling apart. What kind of dealership sells extended warranty and not honor it. Maybe some Penetrating oil here and there to quieten down the noise ain't gonna fix the problem. My honest opinion is to go to a dealership with higher rating/multiple reviews by people.
Excellent customer service. We were at the end of our literal rope when we walked in. Bob rocked it for us. Found us the vehicle that was perfect for us. We put money down and when we got the insurance check they negotiated a fair price. They answered all of our questions and Stephanie was so awesome and amazing at handling the paperwork. Just loved how we were taken care of. We didn't need financing.
These are con artists they will sell the spare set of keys to the car you buy, to stalk and steal from you, I told the police but they said that was leagel," because they used to own it "and us cops love to stalk rape and steal from you too! their our little helpers!
