Very disappointed in this company. I purchased a mini van two weeks ago, at the time of purchase they told me they just pulled it out of the shop where they assured me they checked EVERYTHING! Including brake pads, fluids, filters, and tires. I drove 300 miles home trusting that so called test. To get to the point, my heater wasn't working last night when I went to use it for the first time. The problem was that there was almost no antifreeze in the radiator, or reserve tank. It took over a gallon of fluid. The salesman also promised me a spare key to the vehicle. I called on the key earlier this week and they put me through the ringer. Long story short they can't get me a spare key. Well now the original key reads damaged key when I try to put it in the ignition, and will not even turn. So now I have to tow it 50 miles to the nearest Dodge dealership (where I should have purchased a vehicle from) to have them order and program a new key. They are doing nothing about either of the issues. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here to my enemies.

Bunch of idiots trying to screw you over. Took my car in for a recall issue and that was the only issue I was having with it and now after they "fixed" it, it has a few extra problems. How does that work? Idiots trying to get paid.
