Not happy at all with Honda!!!!! Filed a case with cooperate. Filed a complaint with customer service, talked to financing department so I'm not just hiding behind a keyboard. From the get go the deal was shady. The car had a tag for one price but we brought it home for the night and found a tag for $1000 cheaper!! Brought the tag to them that day and demanded even cheaper price than the lesser tag had listed. They tried to make my husband and I feel bad for taking so long to make a deal. Well we made the deal and our $400 down payment was coming from a gap insurance cancellation from our trade in so we have to wait to get that check in order to pay them. Our deal was they'd wait 28 days to cash that check. Well they cashed it the very next day so here I am the night before thanksgiving completely broke until they can cut me a check Monday. They apologized but it still doesn't fix the fact that I'm paying for THEIR mistake and sitting at home broke all holiday weekend long while they benefit from commission checks off me. If I had the option for less than one star I would've picked that. Do not deal with this dealership!! Go out of town for a Honda!! It's not worth it!! Completely heartless.

Just bought my 2012 dodge charger through these guys and the sales man named "heavy" was the absolute best sales man hands down to work with I'd go back if he was my sales man again

I had a great experience with this dealership and the sales person up until I said I had financed with USAA. The sales person asked, "If I can match or beat your rates will you finance through us?" I was not happy with this concept of pushing aside the two hours I had already put into getting financing but out of fairness to our sales person cause I knew he would of course receive a kick back for it if we did choose to use their financing I reluctantly agreed. It took two hours for them to come back to me and say that they could beat the rate but after looking everything over I was still paying a little more. I said no to their financing option as I was at this point a little flustered at the wait time I was receiving after I had already done the footwork of getting financing so I wouldn't be in the current situation of waiting. The remainder of my time signing documents I was being treated as if I was making a bad decision of going with other financing, they never sad I was stupid but the air of arrogance that was hanging in the room was thick. One thing I had asked as well was if the sales person was going to put a ding on my credit by looking for options for me and my possibly not going with them. He answered No, that Congress pushed some law that protects me from that. Well guess what? It did negatively affect my credit score cause they had hit it with 9 different inquiries to try and beat the rate I had gone with. I knew because my credit monitoring service was dinging my phone like crazy making sure my identity hadn't been stolen. The only reason they stopped with those nine was because I had mentioned I needed to leave and that I did not account for this much time for our baby sitter.

I never leave Google reviews, but I feel like I should with Honda! I ADORE the service department. They are always so helpful, and explain everything each time I come. I appreciate the trust I have with Honda knowing I can bring my vehicle in without walking away with more problems. Also, Kevin who sold me my vehicle! I enjoy the relationship I have with Honda. Thank you for the great customer service!!

Ultimately I have a car. It's nice. The features all work and everything so far is as it should be. The sales person did his job, the finance officer did his job, and the car is ours. Will I go back? Maybe. Will I let a dealer "find a better option"? No. Not worth it. If you want to go through Honda in Great Falls know what you want, have your financing in order, and stick to your guns on those decisions in order to make it out the door in a timely manner. If they ask for reasons as to why you are doing what you are doing in financing don't feel pressured in answering anything other than "That's what we decided we are going to do."
