I showed up today with a beat to death van that had seen much better days. Luckily, Mitch Davison had a 2008 Buick Lucerne that I love. Mitch is a professional that knew what I needed and made sure I got it. I highly recommend Mitch and City Motors.
I got a car from City Motor six months ago (in June) and when I was test driving the car I was ensured that everything in the car was running properly and was up to date, i.e oil had been changed; battery, engine, air filter, Bluetooth and navigation were all in good, WORKING condition. When further inspecting the car we (me my dad and stepmom) found that the lift gate didn’t work and that the windshield was cracked. Before we signed an “as is” contract we asked that the dealership replace the windshield and fix the lift gate which the company gladly excepted. Now, I do not live in Great Falls so I had to travel to come back and have all of this fixed which wouldn’t have been a big deal if everything had been fixed when I first brought the vehicle in. THREE visits later they FINALLY got everything fixed on my car after me making two 8 am appointments and them not even touching my car until one-two in the afternoon. BUT it did get fixed, at quite an expense to me, but it did get fixed. Now, about the Bluetooth and navigation... we were told that the car had both... we get the car home and NEITHER of these functions work. So we call the dealership only to find out that when they car was brought on to the lot they had deleted both features out of the car... why is totally beyond me. So not only were we LIED to about the car having both Bluetooth and navigation, we now have to pay for a feature that was supposed to have already been included in the car, with the price we payed. Now come six months later, the battery that I was told was in good condition is now dead. So I have to take care of that too. Six months after getting the car. So really if I could give this business zero stars I would. I would strongly suggest anyone in Great Falls looking to buy a car take your business elsewhere because these people will rip you off.

I love the service at City Motors. I bought my truck there and will never have it serviced sny where else. The staff greets me with a smile and checks me in efficiently and gets my truck right in. I know the job is done right and I get a free wash. Today, I had a nail in my tire. I called in the morning, they got me in and I dropped it off during my lunch. The guy from the garage came right out and took my tire. They take care of their customers and staff. I get lots of smiles and hellos from the service department and salesmen. The service in unmatched. Thanks, City Motors for always being there when I need you. Hats off to a rare company that constantly goes above and beyond.

When we went to City Motors, we were not intending to buy a car so soon. Our sales associate, Tamie, was amazing and very patient with us while we decided on the perfect car. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory, and if we had a question she could not answer right away, she found out the answer and got right back to us. I appreciated her time and patience and we are loving our new car. We also appreciated how hard the finance manager, Devon, worked to find us the best possible deal for financing. City Motors is great and will definitely be getting more of our business!
