I finally ended up with a Ford F-250 that keeps me grinning from ear to ear every time i drive it. They also gave me a great deal on the two vehicles i needed to trade in.
After a week of this, i felt confident in choosing Taylor's AutoMax/ACR in the city of Great Falls. I was expertly attended to by Pacer Popham and Jay Schabarker from the minute i stepped foot on the lot. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and expressed a genuine interest in helping me get exactly what i was looking for.
My mom and Dad bought a pickup from this dealer a couple of months ago and I've been trying to make them give it a bad review but they don't want to speak up so I'd thought I'd write something for them. First off; the pickup's monthly payments are too high (might not be the dealership's fault.). Second their down payment was insane for this piece of $&@# pickup. Thirdly there is a lot wrong with this truck (I actually think that it is a couple different trucks thrown together and I know they took something from under the hood because something looks off every time I open it.) I'll list them here:
• the 4x4 is already going out
• the driver door is sprung
• i believe I found water damage when I found the fuse box
• there is no release handle for the parking break
Upon moving to Montana, i realized i would be in need of a decent truck. Having never been here before, i made it a priority to visit multiple auto dealers in the area. I spoke with several sales reps, and researched what i could about their business's online.
What ACR did was take advantage of two minorities by charging a five figure down payment and monthly payments over 400. DO NOT buy from this dealership, they are nothing but crooks
• there is a bad ground on one of the wires which makes the electronics act all weird
The entire process, from beginning to end, was a positive, pleasant and downright entertaining experience that made buying a vehicle from Taylor's AutoMax/ACR an outstanding event. I felt extremely happy and blessed to have done business with them, and even more so to have met such a fantastic group of people. Me and my wife are expecting to buy a second vehicle about a year or so from now, and have every intention on returning to them.
• the seat lever was glued on
• the volume on the radio only works so much then it cuts out
Made buying a car much less stressful than it usually is! They worked with me to find the best vehicle possible for me and my family! Their sales team did an exceptional job!
• the aux port does not work
• there was no horn when they bought it
• the glove compartment in the front does not lock

AACTwas absolutely fabulous! I hadn't financed a car in over 20 years and dreaded having to do so. Pacer, my salesperson, was great. He even remembered me from a few earlier when I came to look at cars. He remembered everything that I asked for in a vehicle and showed me the car I would go on to purchase that day. I would definately recommend ACARt anyone.
