Courteous, efficient & timely service for on-the-go repairs. Had a tire blowout that cut the hydraulic line. We mounted our spare tire, called ahead & drove to Great Falls. Pierce directed us the tire shop across street. Next morning we had new tires, the hydraulic line repaired and on the road again before noon.

We had the best experience at Pierce. Amy and the entire staff was jut awesome! This is our first RV experience. Amy talked with us to discuss what our goals and wants were then walked us through tons of models to help us decide what we liked and what we didn't. There was never any pressure to decide. When we found our perfect RV, the buying process was all about us. They walked us through every inch of our RV making sure we knew how to do everything from prime the water heater to turn every light on. We couldn't have asked for a better experience
I would recommend doing business with these people for any of your RV needs regardless of the brand you own. Every time I have gone in there, seeking advice on my new camper the employees have been great, helpful, and very friendly. Unfortunately I did not purchase my Camper from them, nor is it a brand they sell, (I bought mine out of state) but they are still very interested in helping me anytime I need it. I just went in today to ask questions about issues I am having with my camper and they immedeatly took me back to speak with a service tech, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment to have the issue taken care of. They are even going to call the dealership I bought from to get all the paperwork and warranty info needed, at no additional charge to me!! We are blessed as a community to have such a great place to do business with here in Great Falls. Thank you for amazing customer service!!
