We arrived here from Texas. Shortly after we found out our English Bulldog "Tank" had heart worms which is not common in Montana. Doctors at Best Friends work with doctors from Louisiana and Helena to treat tank. In 2014 Tank was healthy and clear of heart worms. We continued care with Best Friends and he was great. He later had a heart condition and they were on it. We lost Tank in May of 2016. We received an annual appointment email which made me tear up. I politely email them and let them know he passed. We recently received a card to console us for our loss. I know this was an lengthy rant but these people are amazing. I have never seen a more involved team of people. We are thankful for the years they gave us with Tank. What an amazing team of people and we are so Thankful
Dr. O'Brien is excellent. Services can be expensive, but I've taken my pets to Best Friends for years because of the quality of their service.
Having a puppy who is naturally very shy, seeing him so happy to see his vet is very comforting. Not only have they gone beyond expectations to make sure my babies are healthy, my dogs truly love it here. Who would have known dogs could be so excited to go to the vet. Any animals that are treated here are without a doubt in the best hands this city can offer. I will never go anywhere else.
I have taken a few of our animals to Best friends and what a wonderful, professional and friendly clinic. Heidi was my vet tech and she is absolutely lovely. Thank you to everyone in the office. I will continue to bring my furry friends here!
