Conlin's has always provided us with amazing service and made ordering an easy process. Connie Starkey has been the best sales lady ever and we go to them whenever we need anything. She can always find what we need even if we have to custom order it. We will be going back for our bedroom set soon!
My experience with Conlin's has been a nightmare! I went into their store about a month ago and ordered a table and six chairs, which were all "in stalk." I left that day with a table, in box, and 5 chairs because one was broken and they didn't realize it. It was a set back, but at least I had a table and most of the chairs. Well, the next day I opened up my table to build it and it was the Wrong Table!!! Blown away, I packed it back up and took it in. I then had to wait 2 weeks for my chair and Actual table to come in because it was not in stalk! Once it came in, the movers built up the table and chair, come to find out my new table had multiple cracks and scratches all over! I'm thoroughly disappointed with the service, and all the trouble I had to go through. I'm returning the table and chairs and will never shop at Conlin's again!
When we had a problem with a new piece we purchased, Conlins immediately had it replaced with a brand new one, without question. They were very professional, kind and accommodating! We are customers for life now because of this.
I had shopped at Conlin's this past spring and ended up being disappointed with my purchase for a couple of reasons - what I felt was false advertising, and not being given color choices available, even though I had made a point of making it known I was trying to match, as closely as possible, a piece of furniture I already owned. As soon as Justin, their operations manager, found out about my concerns he bent over backwards to make things right. Turns out that one of my concerns had nothing at all to do with Conlin's, but was the manufacturer's problem - the false advertising. I do not think that Conlin's was even aware at that point that something was being sold with a feature it did not have. That did not stop Justin from correcting the problem and doing everything he could to make me happy with my purchase. He contacted the manufacturer and got the correct light for my cabinet, as advertised. I ended up keeping the color of cabinet I had bought, because the other colors, once shown to me, did not work for me, but Justin would have had a new one delivered, and the current one picked up, if that is what I would have decided. I was SO impressed with his concern and willingness to make things right. Kudos to you, Justin. I will definitely be a Conlin's shopper from now on.
