Friendly sales and service. Quality furniture! I had purchased a bedroom set from them 5 years back with a furniture protection plan. Seeing as I had no problems with the set, they value of the protection plan was given back to me as an in store credit. They actually called me to let me know, and offered a decent holiday discount on top of it. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice piece that will last a long time.

Mike Patch did such an amazing job helping us out. He sincerely had our best interest in mind. He really went above and beyond with helping us find exactly what we wanted. He truly is an amazing sales rep! The staff and store are super warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
I had a great experience at this store. I was looking for a new bed/bedroom set. This is my first ever review I have posted. I walked in expecting the usual high pressure pushing me towards the higher priced, too large for my space stuff.
Mike did a fantastic job with our furniture purchase. We are out of town buyers who stopped by the store to break up a long road trip and ended up purchasing two bedroom sets. Mike was very accommodating - he responded quickly to questions & provided all the information we needed (dimensions, financing, etc.). We love the furniture, it is high quality and beautiful. Mike was great. Knowledgeable, laid back. Not pushy at all. Was able to advise us on all our questions and piece together what we were looking for. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I encountered a salesman, his name was Mike, he introduced himself and let us (my wife and i) look around. After a little while Mike approached and asked what we were looking for. We told him what we wanted, and the space we had. Mike then politely directed us to some other bedroom sets that were a little smaller, but the same stile that would fit my space.
The bedroom set worked out perfectly. I feel like any other salesman would have just sold me the set I was originally looking at that would have never fit in my room, and i would have paid way more for. Thanks Mike, you were awesomely helpful.
