I came in when I got my Mother's Day card in the mail and wanted to purchase a new sectional when Gary Jackson was working and he was completely rude and disrespectful towards me. I've NEVER had a problems with the customer service up until a couple of weeks ago. Told me I couldn't start a new agreement even tho I switched my previous purchase into my exs name because it was his tv. I will be in contact with the owner and making a complaint.
