Place has improved greatly. Lacking in one area... order correctness. Family has a pregnant member, so we have recently had the need to go there DAILY, sometimes 2x. For a WEEK. each an everytime, they'd forget an item. Fries, bacon on the burger, drinks, a burger.... EVERYTIME. I think it may be how the company saves on money. Funny thing is... they don't forget to charge
Service is just ok, food is usually cold, BUT they've got the good ice and all of those flavors.
Tasted really good after shoulder surgery! They have good food salty fries and great milkshakes!
Got a good meal deal for $2.99. The hamburger was good but the tater tots were a little too salty. But a good deal even so!
As a large family with four kids we like to take advantage of their sales on drinks and shakes in the summer however the experience is worse every single time. Starting with the poor customer service long wait time bad on the fact that we have been using the mobile app for the last 2 years load money onto the card on the app use it get rewards it's nice however this summer loaded $50 all the sudden they no longer accept the app is payment corporate office refuses to give our $50 back or allow us to spend it at the Sonic the only way we can use the $50 that we gave them for food is if we drive 300 miles to another city. The food at best is average the drinks are the best part and only on sale because you get to wait upwards of 40 minutes for those drinks. Have a great day
