This is like stepping back a 50's dinner. Their breakfast potatoes and diner sauce are great. Good service, ok prices and super cool feel.
We LOVE the 5th street diner. Bill is always super friendly. The food is great and we love the 50"s decor. Our first visit was on a trip to scope out the town before moving here. Bill sat down with us while we ate and told us all about Great Falls, the things he loves about the city and Montana. He was a great resource.
Since I am new in town, I can say I enjoy the 50's dining experience, the ambiance, the good, friendly service and everything I've ever ordered (usually breakfasts so far.) I've heard they make very good homemade pies.
Service was awesome, quick, and friendly! Breakfast was excellent. The potatoes were the best I've ever had. Would definitely recommend for anybody passing though.
One of my favorite spots for a late breakfast when I sleep a little too long on the weekends. I love that they have a long bar to sit at when I'm there alone. The servers are always friendly, you can watch your food be prepared, and the cooks personally check with you to make sue your meal is made the way you want.
