Good food, nice and clean inside. Friendly workers, even while busy.
Service sucked, the food ordered was not correct. When told that the order was wrong, they just looked at me funny and spoke in hushed tones to one another. It took us 3 trys to get the entire order. Their blizzards won't stand up to the upside down test. It was runny before I got to the table with it.. all in all a very bad experience on 10th Ave South... Never going there again!!!
Love the place. Eat here quite frequently. Best idea making $5.00 lunch all day. However--- you have a trainee today that needs lots of work. No personality, makes you repeat everything & when I asked for the drink cups I got o drop dead look. She needs lots of work.
Do NOT talk to the owner Nikki, she is completely rude and shows zero customer service or respect for the customer themselves. My wife brought me some food for my break and I love the mushroom and swiss burger they serve but theirs tasted a little sour so doing the right thing I called to let them know about the taste and she assumed I wanted something out of it and began to act rudely; so rude that she literally made me leave work, drive home and get my wife's food, than return it to her. Upon returning it she throws it away, than only gives me partial of the amount paid because my blizzard was 'half' empty. Than began in front of other guest disrespecting the deceased, my pregnant wife, and the image a company owner should uphold. I think her attitude made the food sour. This is no reflection on the crew, her husband, or the company itself just this one individual and the way she treats her guest.
