Before I had heard of Interstate Battery, I always had my batteries replaced where it was most convenient and normally with cheap batteries. A close friend of mine recommended trying Interstate Batteries the next time I needed one. Just so happened my car needed a new battery. They were a tad more expensive than what I was used to but the quality is excellent and is performing better than my other battery, especially in the cold, harsh Montana winters. The company I work for now only uses Interstate Batteries and we are extremely happy with not only the quality, but the amazing customer service we receive each and every time!
I took my sons Ipod in to have the battery replaced.( It would not hold a charge for very long after charging all night) I was told it would take 3 days, it took way longer, that's ok. Well they told me they were not going to charge me because they don't think it was the battery. It turns out it will not charge at all now, the camera doesn't work and there is no sound at all. Way to go Interstate Battery. They told me to take it to a phone repair place because they don't have the right tools and they THINK it is a charging problem. They are right, it now has a charging problem and a lot of other issues.
I thought I needed a new battery for my drill, he told me that he could rebuild it and it would be better than it was when it was new. Loved the quick and friendly service.
Before buying a battery at the local Interstate I was leary because the batteries were a little more expensive than the competition. A close friend of mine recommended them and said they were the only battery he would put in his vehicles and they were the highest quality batteries he has ever had. So I went ahead and got the battery and they installed it for $10 and it has been excellent all through the winter! They were very professional and helpful I would definitely recommend them to anyone.!
