I stopped in to get information about travel abroad and the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable! I am not from Great Falls and yet they were so willing to help me!

I've always liked the customer service. They are really nice, but good customer service is useless if they politely give you bad information. I needed to exchange a phone, but they didn't have what I wanted and I was miving immediately. So the rep told me to exchange it in the next town and that they had appropriate stores there. Of course she was wrong and I feel like she gave me bad information so the return wouldn't be on there books or something. From her bad information followed a slew of annoying annoying steps including calling corporate to correct the situation. My lesson in this is to never trust an authorized retailer again. But in general, I'm on my last leg with AT&T.
Fantastic customer service! Came in on Saturday afternoon and me and my partner got SIM cards each. The ladie who served us set everything up for us and we walked out with everything good to go!
