Selected the battery and paid for it online and then received an email when it was ready for pick-up. I arrived and picked it up with my old battery and the core refund was easily applied onto my card. Extremely easy transaction and service.
Slammed my smart phone in a car door, bent it and broke the lcd screen. This place was $60 cheaper than another place I had called and they did a quality job. Not only that but they were straight up and informative. Pat who took care of us is awesome! (:

Set up appointment for 7:00 pm Wednesday May 3.. Arrive at appointment to find out employee to tell me he was there by himself and didn't no if could do it and have it done that night.. I asked what the purpose of appointments were?? He replied oh, who ever set the appointment up didn't care because they wouldn't be there to worry about it.. Very poor customer service..
