If I wanted to make money, I'd work and work to get a customer what they needed as fast as possible. Id work with them on all levels to get results they are happy with, more than happy with, but excited happy with. This place just doesnt seem to want to make money.This was their second chance to make me a customer of theirs, but they just don't care enough. I will go somewhere else again. I give up with this company. How long does it really take to tell me how much it cost to print a logo on the back of a tshirt?
It took weeks to design my business logo, and after many emails requesting changes that the designers didn't get from their front desk women, I ended up paying $300 for a logo I had to change. I have no knowledge of their printing practices since I was so dissatisfied I took my business elsewhere.
