Have used twice before and went back again. Agent going out of town and assistant was suppose to call and never did. Thank goodness for Great Falls Realty.
We purchased a home represented by Dahlquist Realty today. When we signed the agreements, we were assured that the house would be professionally cleaned and moved out of by the date of closing. Sadly, upon receipt of the keys we were shocked to find the home we just purchased FILTHY. The house looked like it had just been vacated minutes before with leftover furniture, garbage, and dirt everywhere. The yard was COVERED in dog poop and garbage. I called the sellers realtor to see if they had just not had the time to come by to clean and she responded that we had signed the paperwork and she had no obligation to honor her word. She was incredibly rude, and held herself with the poise of a spoiled child. We were treated so poorly by Dahlquist Realty that my own realtor felt so bad she cleaned up the place and THE POOP by herself without telling us. I have never been more embarrassed working with a company before in my life. It's sad that they would damage their reputation over something as petty as failing to ensure that a home they sell is clean AS PROMISED. Then again, it says all you need to know about them. I would caution anyone that purchases from them to VERIFY what they tell you... don't make our mistake of trusting their word.
