Worst place to rent in all of Great Falls, MT. First off the parents there are all to busy trading their food stamps for weed money to take care of their snotty ass kids that will steal peoples stuff. These parents also fail to ask their children where they get stuff they come home with just assuming these kids are working full time jobs to buy these random toys. Than the housing office itself, (the workers) refuse to understand how to properly manage these places. They refuse to get rid of the degenerate weed smoking, violent, sex offenders to make it a save place to live, also all you have to do is have some other degenerate write down that you babysit for them and claim to not have a job (which a good majority don't have jobs) and bam your rent is 40 bucks a month. The Great Falls Housing Authority is an absolute joke of a place to live. This place with its tenants should be burnt to the ground.
Seems like a good place as long as you keep to yourself when it comes to neighbors. Kids often run rampant, playing in the streets instead of the 95% total of lawn areas. My neighbor used to be ridiculously loud constantly until I called the community officer on them and they've since been mostly quiet, though it's as if the walls are razor thin balsa wood and this is a very new building. Also be sure to get your own A/C because my apartment is very new, as I wrote, but they gave it a furnace instead of central air.
Me and my 6 children got evicted for being late on rent ONE TIME!!! Yet they let known meth dealers and meth users continue to live there. Very backwards.
Greatful to have a place I can call home. Its not bad here just don't meddle in other people's business and don't invite your neighbor over. My housing manager is nice. Of course the ones who run a muck and cause trouble are going to give this place a poor rating. Do what your suppose to do just like in any other place to live and everything will be fine. Thank you great falls housing for giving my family and I a place to live.
