On August 28, 2017 I called a long distance to request for a get well soon flower/fruit basket arrangement. I am writing this to say thank you to S. the amazing wonderful lady who helped me make a decision over the phone through their web site and on short notice managed to provide a very wonderful service/help. Thank you I was happy with the close/similar arrangement to what was shown on the web site, I was happy with the friendly follow up service, was happy with the delivery time as I wanted it the same day. Stopped in to see if they had any arrangements made up to deliver myself as a sympathy bouquet. Was told they could make one in 15-20 minutes. It was absolutely gorgeous!! The recipient agreed!
By far the best Floral shop in GF. I have been using them for the last few months and have a standing order with them and they always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy! A huge thank you to Kathy and the Gt. Falls Floral. I called before there opening in the morning and Kathy answered and took my order. I wanted a nice bouquet for our 25th anniversary for which I was out of town. Kathy said she would fix something nice and did she ever. The wife was overwhelmed, the best part is I ordered them that morning and asked if they could deliver before noon at her work. They delivered two hours earlier so Kudos to the crew.
