Love Electric City! They do such a wonderful job. They always work so hard to get the arrangement perfect and they are so friendly!
A year latter I ordered from them again this time I informed the employee on the phone that my arrangement came wrong last time and I even tripled checked with them that they would get the colors right, I am a man about details and the flowers showing up in the wrong color almost makes my wife think "I" put 0 effort into the gift. I picked an arrangement online again and the person on the phone logged into the website and couldn't find the one that I wanted, so I saved the image and e-mailed it to her. She got the image and assured me that the flowers would be Red with Purple filler instead of pink and white. This time my wife sends me a picture of her roses and they are pink with purple filler flowers. Half right but completely unacceptable, What if we ordered our original wedding flowers from these jokers?
We ordered flowers for my sisters wedding. We where told no deposit was needed for the order and that we could pay in full at time of pickup. We aranged to pickup the flowers at 4:30 the day before the weeding. We showed up at 4:00 with a check for the full amount due and they had sold half of our order to some one else a half hour before we arrived because they thought we where not going to show up. They offered no remorse for what they had done. I very rarely review anything publicly, but this was inexcusable. I will not be supporting them in the future and I would advice anyone who asks to go elsewhere.
I have order flowers from these guys over the phone twice now. The first time I ordered I picked an arrangement from on their website and requested that the colors be changed to match my wife's and my's wedding colors. Our wedding was Red and Purple and the arrangement I picked online was pink with white filler. The person on the phone said there was no issue changing the colors and named off different flowers they would use for the colors I wanted, and I thought everything would be fine. When my wife brought the flowers home they were exactly like the arrangement on the website in pink and white. I do not know much about the pricing for shipping and what not but online the price was 49.00 and my total after switch the colors and adding shipping in was closer to 100.00. I never complained about the price because my wife is way worth it.
