Friendly with beautiful gowns! I usually buy my gowns online but needed a last minute purchase, luckily I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. I tried a different dress store on central and was told I could find a cheaper dress somewhere else, mind you my budget was not an issue and was unpleasantly surprised by the comment. I was very disillusioned about finding a dress, until I walked into the bridal shoppe and was treated with friendly and courteous service by the employee. She knew I was in a rush and quickly did her best to help me. They definately earned my loyalty!
Bought my wedding dress and my husband's tuxedo here, in the beginning the staff was nice but then they became so rude and unhelpful. They took forever to finally get my wedding dress fitted correctly, since I am so tiny, they needed to take a lot of fabric , but I had to go over three times to go fitted , and the manager/ owner so rude and mean , very rude. Last place to buy a wedding dress , wouldn't recommend this place to anybody , other than that I had a wonderful wedding.

I was there from out of town starring to look into wedding dresses, the employees were rude and wouldn't give me the time of day as soon as I said my wedding wasn't until next summer. I fell in love with a dress on display and wanted to try it but they shut down the lights and the shop while we were still in the store. I was asked if I was buying that day but had yet to even try on a dress. The lady asked me to come back another day, but I live in the Bozeman area. I will be purchasing my dress elsewhere.
