These women almost ruined my wedding! I had ordered simple black bridesmaids dresses, well ahead of time, and they took an extra two months to come in and when they did they were BRIGHT PINK! They then told me I had called and made the change. They refused to do anything about their mistake until I threatened legal action. Then they charged my maid of honor an extra fee for ordering an over size 16 dress. My poor mother had to fix all the dresses a week before the wedding. Do NOT use them terrible, rude, and over priced
Not sure why everyone elses experiences were so bad..I'm from out of town and drove down from Canada. I went to another store in town and was not happy at all..I found nothing I liked and all the dresses look really cheap. After that we went to Bridal Aire, they had much better quality dresses and more of what I was looking for. Doris was so helpful and just a blast. I tried on 10 or so dresses before finding the one. I was even able to take it home with me right then and didn't have to order it cuz it was one they had just got in and I was the first person to try it on which was great. My sister in-law got her bridesmaid dresses from here and had no problems either. I would recommend this place to anyone.
She ordered them anyway, then told me she verbally talked to my sweetheart, who gave her the go ahead! I asked him and he said he would NEVER give the go ahead when it came to dresses... I then realized why would she even have his number???? we have ind. cell lines. She then told me she called my phone, so there was no going back..I was forced into a rush order on the second set of dresses. I was supposed to pick up the first order 5 days ago and am now informed that I won't be seeing the dresses until Late next week! My wedding is in 2 weeks! And god knows when the others will be in! Then, she went back and tried to tell me I never gave a deposit!!! Then why call my sweety? Why order the dresses? WHAT THE HAY!? And to add insult to injury, I told her we would NOT be requiring her services in altering as I have my own seamstress, she leaves a message saying when the dresses come in she will call me after she alters them..of course for a fee....PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.......This place is a HUGE rip off!
After having bad experiences at another shop in town, decided to try out this one. The sales lady was so nice and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and you didn't feel rushed to buy anything. I found a beautiful dress (on sale even) and also ordered my maid of honor dress from there. I will also be getting the tuxes from here! Highly recommend this shop because of the great people and the wide selection of dresses!
My issues so far...I first came in to the store in Feb. My wedding is in May. I brought 2 of my bridesmaids (out of 4) the others live far away so I had to call in their sizes at a later date. I gave a deposit because I live a ways out of town and didn't want to have to go back and forth..we agreed that the dresses wouldn't be ordered until I got the other sizes because I wanted to make sure all the dresses would make it before the wedding.
Beautiful dresses. Wonderful staff. Stop in and have then help you with your dream wedding.
Please go somewhere else, make the drive to billings to go to davids (hell take a bus because after this place takes you for a ride you'll be out more money then the ride on the bus!) Or the brides shoppe or Flowers and Frills, or order online...Please please stay away!
