The entire process was easy, timely and a pleasant experience. We had rented a mid-size car and were upgraded to a Jeep Cherokee, which was nice. The jeep was clean, got good gas mileage and was fun to drive. Customer Service was great!
First time renting car in Great Falls/Airport. Great service, easy access to rental, nice rental. When I returned the car the day, no problem, easy. My only problem was I called the following week because I couldn't find a small item I had after our return. I called where we had stayed, then Avis. I was told by Avis that if something is found and is not of any real value, it's thrown out. Thank you for that piece of information.
Rented the full size Tahoe in Great Falls to travel through the mountains. A must in this area. Vehicle was recommended by the sales clerk. Very easy to pick up/drop off hassle free service
Left stranded at the airport after my reservation had some sort of error. The girl at the desk then called the manager and the manager was cussing at me not realizing she was on speakerphone in front of other customers. After 2 phone calls weeks and a week prior conferming the reservation to get to the airport and be left stranded was the worst experiance ever. I'll be boycotting AVIS for life. ~angryguywalking.
