We booked a pickup from blacked out 406 after returning from a vacation. We were in Denver, waiting for our flight to Great Falls. We received an email saying they had received our booking. Upon landing in Great Falls we saw a taxi waiting outside. All seemed well until the driver informed me that he was there to pick up another passenger and that another cab would be coming soon. We called Blacked Out 406 and asked when our cab would be arriving. They informed me that a driver would be arriving at the office to clock in, and then he would come to get us. This is not what you want to hear when you book a taxi pickup. I have never left a poor review before, but Blacked Out 406 should decline a booking if they do not have the ability to fulfill it.
Fast forward a week - we took our daughter out for her birthday dinner. The driver on the trip out was humourous and enjoyable. The driver on the return trip was the driver that had taken us to the vet and he asked how our kitten was doing.
The taxi was clean no odors of smoke or other unpleasant bodily functions. They were comfortable and we were able to pay with our debit card which was awesome as the trip was not one we'd planned on and we had no cash on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
They are so much better than diamond cab ever was. Great group, wonderful service, and nice style. I would sincerely recommend them and their service to anyone looking for an affordable, dependable, and classy ride. Great Falls is lucky to have your service.
Great service and clean & comfortable cars! More like a car service instead of a taxi service. I enjoy supporting a local business, and after riding in the competitors, before Blackout, I have a reference. I soon see Blackout as the main taxi in Great Falls. But I hope they never forget what got them there! Friendly drivers, clean cars, and overall excellent customer experience..
What a great change from other options there were, fast very courteous, needed my son picked up was sick at school and they went into school to pick him up called and let me know they had him. Love this need company
