If you're traveling for work solo, I'd look elsewhere down the street. Unless you want a quiet and slow setting.
Came here about 2 years ago and my husband's burger was raw. Decided to give it another try tonight and once again his burger was raw. Cold in the middle, not even cooked, RAW. Told the waitress and the burger was put back on the grill. Was cooked a bit better but was still raw in some places. It was disgusting and unacceptable. This place was really good about 4 years ago though... Sad to see such a decline.
Poke your head in before committing to a dinner by yourself here. No tvs. Mostly group seating and the bar was slow. Food was good. But it took over 35 mins for a burger and fries!?
We were there for a fund raiser... It was for the Montana Red Cross, helping our overworked fire fighters (20% of every meal was donated to Red Cross, and Bert and Ernie's matched that dollar for dollar).
You can get fantastic bar type food, perfect sized appetizers, or go all out and have delicious dinners. They also have many types of small brewery beers!
For some odd reason I really love their side salad. I always order the spicy Thai noodles.
Anyway, our meals were great. our burgers were really, really good, and I had a couple of beers to help celebrate the evening. My favorite though, had to be the sweet potato fries. They were perfect... Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Just great.
