I think this school is a joke as well Tito. I told a super intendant assistant that Whittier Elementary rated low and she acted shocked. All ratings except Titos rating are very innaccurate. I am currentlytransferring my daughter to a different school because of the bully problems from not just the students but the petty immature teachers. Some of the teachers are very good, I hope one day they are transfered to a better school or find satisfaction being a safe class in a crappie school. I feel bad for the undue stress I caused my daughter in attending this school. I hope my daughters future school is better. The schools that rated high do not except permissive transfers. Even my neihbor, a school teacher, moved to the meadowlark area when there son became school aged. Most parents and teachers who transfer from whittier are pretty happy to have done so.
This school is great they teach stuff at the level your child is at and if they need help the teachers are very helpful and they have a great counselor
This school is a joke they allow bullying defend the bullies and punish those who defend themselves. They are petty about discipline the teachers make punishment personal there iss room is the size of a small broom closet they need to reset there priorities...
My mom went to Whittier and enjoyed it. As for bullying -that goes on everywhere -even in the workplace. How can we get a copy of the pic of the front of the school for my mom
I love this school,went to this elemtary school back in the early 80's not much has changed except for the building add ons.
