I live 5 minutes or less from the UPS terminal and my package has been out for delivery for over 12 hours today. And it's a next day shipment. Ordered three things from Amazon at the same time/same order. 1 came by FedEx, 2 by UPS. The FedEx was delivered this morning. Still waiting on UPS 12 hours later. This isn't the first time.
That was her only answer too. She didn't even bother actually trying to help or contribute in any way.
Terrible sad disappointing frustrating makes you mad. Everything is the customers fault. Inept mgnt that refuses common sense and forwards you to a number you've already called. Reminds you of government no one takes any responsibility and if you express anything negative or raise voice then they focus on that, not the problem. They actually called us first and lady hung up when she didn't like response.
Personal Rant: Well excuse me, I'm sorry that your driver didn't "feel" like dropping it off, but isn't that his job?!?!?! We all work for a living lady. I shouldn't have to do his job on top of my own, unless you intend on paying me for it.
This dump is only 1.5 hours a day. I live over an hour away and thays just rediculous... I'll only be using FedEx from here on out, they have reasonable hours and rarely let ke down.
Mind you, these are not packages that are in need of a signature. When I called to ask why they didn't just leave my package at my door (as requested), the woman said that it all depends on the driver and what he chooses to do.
They know that they suck, but they just don't care.
This is one of the laziest businesses that I have had the misfortune of dealing with. They constantly claim to have delivered my packages (the status as I track it online). However, when I check the status, the packages are almost never actually delivered. So I contact UPS customer service only to find that the driver simply refused to drop off my packages at my door and instead makes me take time out of my schedule to pick it up at one of the locations he decided to drop it off at.
Called to track a package. Lady on the phone told me to be professional. Then instead of connecting me to a manager when i asked afterwards. She connected me to another customer
