The volunteers were great and came around to add to the awesome and informative, interactive displays telling the story of the Lewis and Vlark Expedition. Easy to navigate. Short movie reinforced the adventures we saw throughout the center.
This is a great place to visit and learn about the Lewis & Clark Expedition. There are lots of visual displays and authentic exhibits to look at. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I very much enjoyed the historical displays and the exhibits while my kids' favorite thing was Buddy the Newfoundland (representing Meriweather Lewis's dog Seaman) there to greet all the museum visitors.
I found this place on accident looking for a place to park. While there is a fee if you own a National Park Interagency Pass, it will get you inside. It's a great little museum along the Missouri River.
Very interesting, informative place that's a must visit while in Great Falls. There is a somewhat steep fee if you don't have the Interagency pass but it's worth the visit.
We met some wonderful people here. They were from the South. They were so interested in the Natives in Montana.
