Couldn't be more happy with this company, I called them do do servicing and to replace a few malfunctioning parts on my boiler, they were at my house within the hour. The diagnosed what the problems were, gave me a quote and were back the next morning with parts in hand. Derek was amazing, he was an expert in his field and very professional. All other companies around town wanted $200-$300 just to look at my boiler. 911 plumbing were extremely attentive and caring. 100% recommend this company for all your service needs!
My wife and I were living in her father's house and had to have some work done. Not only have they put all the bills in her name when she was never the one paying, not only that, they took forever to send the quote to her father. And on top of all that, they marked the gas line wrong and cut the gas line in the house causing a huge commotion when we were home and they managed to break a backhoe and take 2 days to fix it while it sat in my backyard. They were supposed to come back and do some basement work before I left, but they didn't get around to it. They are not the most professional people.The lead guy spent an hour one day talking to his other worker about how much he drinks outside of work. And they work pretty leisurely. We will not e using them again after this for sure.
