Horrible and should be shut down. I watched the owner grab a kitten by the neck, throw it into a cage and shut the door. None of the animals have food or water. The monkeys should be taken to a better home. There is no light or natural grass for the animals. If you take a picture, they threaten to ban you from the store. This is hell for animals.
I went to this pet store 17 years ago with my parents and we bought a puppy from them and she was the most wonderful dog ever. I went there yesterday and found a basset hound puppy that I have been looking for, for a very long time. I was so excited to see that the original owners were still there. Very sweet and helpful and friendly. I absolutely love this place
We just got my puppy and she was a perfect Basset hound and I love her. The staff was nice too.
The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It's obviously unsanitary and the dogs do not get enough play time. Went there one time and got to play with the dogs one on one and hold them. Went back and the lady wouldn't even let me touch them. Don't buy from here. It's a complete puppy mill. There are plenty of adorable puppies at the shelter. Shut this place down. Not to mention the monkeys and the othe animals are crammed and pacing in distress. Never going back.
Went today, we are new to great falls. There was a dead bird in a cage. There were 3 monkeys in a glass cage, filthy, no fresh air. Dogs laying in their own feces. I cannot believe this place is open !!!
