I have never had a good experience with Pizza Hut delivery. It's never on time and the people on the phone are always rude. The Pizza Hut in market place is the absolute worst. I will NEVER recommend them. I am sick and tired of having the worst customer service and yet they never do anything to try to fix their wrong doings. They just respond with rude statements like " well we are busy, so it happens." No it doesn't happen I am your customer and you should call to notify your customer if you are going to be 30 minutes past your quote time. I would not even give a star if that was an option. Maybe Pizza Hut will see this negative review and try to correct their wrongs for once.
