Worst chilis ever!
I've always Chili's, especially the yummy margaritas. I especially like this Chili's for it's fantastic staff. Keep up the good work!
Unattentive waiter, luke warm food, wrong sauces, asked for celery with wings, never came! Food was terrible, service horrible, and atmosphere was strangely quiet, no music, no tv volume...uncomfortable!
The Chili's here in Great Falls MT felt this was appropriate to server my child. Not only was this allowed to get past the expeditor my friends order 3 burgers with no sauce and they all came out with mustard on them. The MIC didn't really take these issues very seriously and rolled her eyes when I told here that if I had ever sent food out that looked like this I would have gotten into serious trouble. Rather than being apologetic she places all the blame on the server " who was not really good to start with" and the cooks. She took no responsibility for letting the food get past her "she was the one expediting". I thought there service was starting to get better but apparently it is not. I will say the last time we were there Ashly took good care of us. I doubt after this we will be going back.
I got good service but my burger was greasy.
Food served on metal trays, like prison. Went in originally for a gift card, got the $50 gift card and left and did not get the $10 bonus card!!
Stopped in at the last minute on Halloween. Service was fast, food was good, server was new, but nice and tried to answer questions.
Ribs are good. Would like to try some of the new menu items.
