I took two comforters here to be cleaned. They gave me the time for pick up, when I showed up, they weren't done. I had to come back two other times until they were "done". My feather blanket was clean but my king comforter smelled like old dogs. It was nasty. I would have gone back to get a refund or have it re cleaned, but the old lady that ran the place was a wench. She seemed inconvenienced by having a customer. If you want UNCLEANED items when you FINALLY pick them up, then this is the place for you! But if you would like your items in a timely manner and clean with good customer service, find somewhere else. This place is a rip off and sure to put you in a bad mood! I feel generous giving it 1 star!

Some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Advice: if they ever do a bad job, don't you dare bring it up, they will tell you to never come back, they did it to me, and all I did was point out a job badly done. No customer service whatsoever and they take forever to get your clothes back, and 99% of the time they do a horrible job, thank god there are other options in town.
Everything is getting done in a timely manner.
I've been with them for 19 years and they haven't disappointed me. Excellent customer service, everyone is just so nice and if they get to know you then everything just goes so smoothly in almost no time at all. Would highly recommend
