Sorry folks. Zero stars from me in Australia. I placed an order with you, and paid for it on 26 October 2013. I have sent FOUR emails to you requesting information re delivery, or asking for a refund if that is not possible. It is disappointing that you have not responded to any of my emails, and I have had to resort to putting this review on your website. Maybe this will prompt a reply from you, prior to my contacting the bank and reporting a fraudulent transaction by you.
Great selection, pleasant and helpful staff who make you feel like family, and classes for even those who have never threaded a machine (I was one!).
