Great customer service!!
Today I went into the 10th Ave Ace Hardware. There were plenty of young 20 to 30 year old men either talking or picking and choosing who they will help. I was greeted when I walked in by a young women at the counter, I am sorry if I spell your name wrong Aisla, then 2 people pointed out where to go. I went to isle 26 where I was help by Jo Ellen, she spent time trying to find just what I needed in the lighting section. There were also, a couple of other women in the back who tried to help. I was looking for vintage parts, so mine was not an easy task. I then hopped over to the nuts and screw area, where the only way to get any help from any man working in that area is to walk the same way. I must of looked up and down that isle for at least 1/2 an hour looking for a variety pack of slotted screws. I waited my turn, only to have the 3 male associates leave the isle, not come back, but hear them help someone in the next one. I then decide I would move on. Went to the tools, WOW the guys were in the middle of the center isle just BSh**ing for the entire time I walked in and out looking for drill bits, magnetic bit holder to work with my 18v driver and some extra bit inserts. I must of walked in and out of that area 25 minutes before a nice Gentlemen, Ted came to help. Now I do have to return those items because the bits I purchased , and the ones I have do not fit the bit holder he said would work with them, but at least he tried! My Suggestion to the Women and Ted of the 10th Ave ACE..Go work at the NW Bypass one or Home Depot where your worth is not over shadowed by LAZY people!
