Great base gym. Lots of equipment and we'll maintained.
Decent fitness equipment. No waiting for weights or machines unless you go at peak hours (6-7 am or 4-6 pm). The building is well heated in the winter and cooled in summer.
No pool. The climate around the indoor track will definitely shred your lungs. It is so dry.
I love the parking they have to get to the gym. Lots of floor space for the freeweights, an indoor track ( a will kept up one at that), and lots of cardio equipment. I love coming here and knowing that is not to crowded to get to a few things.
Huge facility and lots of equipment means plenty of room even when busy.
