I see Ladonna and she is awesome. I have never had any problems. I have always gotten an appointment when needed and she is really good about the care she gives. I will continue to go to her.
The friendly nurse practitioners at Missouri River Health Care definitely stand out to me. Additionally, the hours are convenient and the practice is very clean.
Well, i went in for a physical and pap. Everyone was nice and helpful. 6 months later I get a frantic call that I need to come in as soon as possible they made a horrible mistake. Apparently my pap came back abnormal and they neglected to ever call me to tell me. Ok, well things can happen. I did not appreciate the nurse scaring me so badly I began crying because I got so alarmed at the way she behaved. Anyway, I schedule another appontment to get the colposcopy or whatever and it is in like a month. Read the appointment back to the lady and wrote it down. My husband and I drive the 150 miles to great falls for the appointment and the lady at the desk just stares at me when i tell her we have an appointment. Apparently, they never put the appointment in the system. So they scramble to get me out in the schedule for later that day, phew! Well no, about an hour later the same nurse calls me and tells me they never ordered the materials needed to do the procedure for me. So, they ask if they can order them and get me in soon. I say "I guess" and wait for a call. And wait. A couple months later i have had enough after calling a few times and being told no, it isnt in yet, must have not gotten ordered or it is late or whatever. I make an appointment with another doctor and get everything redone. Comes back normal, i dont even know if it ever came back abnormal or if they were inept on that end as well. I called the nurse to tell her to just forget it. A year later from the first visit and they havent taken care of me, I dont want their "help" any longer. Never got a call back, sorry, nothing from them. Please, be very on top of your own health anyway, but especially if you must go here.
I went to them for two years and saw Deanna as my provider she was AMAZING always made me feel comfortable and welcome I called to be seen as a walk in because I could barely move and saw Ladonna Maxwell, she seemed nice at first but after ten minutes of her talming about her boots and her heritage I finally kind of got upset and asked if she could just give me the Tordahl shot she got offended and told me I could go I asked why would I leave when I can barely move and already was bent over waiting while she held the shot in her hand so she did and I went home a week later I get a letter in the mail saying I needed to find a new provider for absolutely no reason whick sucks because Deanna Babb was wonderful!!! So long story short if Ladonna is rambling about her self made/designed boots you better pay attention and don't interrupt....!!!
Ladonna has been my doctor for about 7 years now. I've always found her to be very pleasant and helpful and have never had a bad experience dealing directly with her. However the receptionists have ALWAYS been rude! The only time I didn't feel disrespected was when a girl I knew personally worked there and was obviously very polite. Every other time they have been short and snotty with me. I called yesterday to see if I could make an appointment, as soon as possible and started to explain my situation. The receptionist literally cut me off mid sentence, says "let me just stop you right there, we have no appointments today I suggest you go to a walk-in facility" and HANGS UP! Doesn't even bother to ask me if I would be willing to take their soonest available appointment. Didn't bother to say anything actually she hung up on me. Ive about had it.
